My mother loves to go to the beaches. So whenever she is upset, she wants to go to the beach to relax. I love the sound of the water splashing on the rocks. There are many apps which are like “to make you calm and stress free”, which plays these sounds of waves of sea water. Well it’s quite relaxing.
